Everything starts with the feet: a guide on footwork

Why footwork is important for learning to heal

In the Grinberg Method®, footwork has a fundamental role: feet are the door to access the whole person, body, emotions, and mind, and they allow me to connect to the potential that each one holds.

Through an assessment, an early evaluation, and a series of touch techniques, the body can recover its innate ability to heal and restore the vital energies it needs. An approach that helps you regain a state of well-being and improve your health.

---

The feet are the basis of our body, in every sense. Everything we do passes through the feet. When we walk, weight is distributed between them, helping us to find the right balance To stand and move freely.

Footwork starts by mapping the feet and aims to understand how the body distributes its energy. This allows us to understand which areas are particularly unbalanced and how we can work on them.

Through the feet, I can reach the whole body. Not only that: I can also teach people how to recover their innate ability to heal, with a path that focuses on breathing, relaxation, and silence. All useful information that can be related to the various levels, physical, and emotional, of life.

---

With footwork, we can identify movements that lead us to make unnecessary efforts and lose energy in our bodies. It is a part of this approach that allows us to heal and improve our lifestyle, starting a lasting change.
